I had the pleasure of being toured by Sarah and I wanted to say thank you very much for the time and information she provided. New resident here in the Franklinton building and I just have to say my mind is blown away. Happy to give my review of everything I've loved so far: The staff: Complete rockstars, the way information was presented here and the entire application process from beginning to end was phenomenal: quick and easy. I have never rented somewhere that has such all inclusive packaging. The amenties: If you love HBO's The White Lotus, this complex is for you. I feel like I live at a resort. I can use the apartment app to book a massage?! That is simply bananas! The services: I can use an app to have someone come clean my apartment. I can ask for a personal trainer. I don't even have a dog but someone can even come walk my dog for me. Like I might have to go get a dog now! All that to say I love my new home. Come live here!

If you have an alternate sleep schedule, I would not move here until the construction is 100% finished During the week days they test the fire alarm every morning around 9:50am I get scared and jump up from deep sleep every time, it’s absolutely ruining my life and I’m losing critical sleep This building is only for those who work m-f / 9-5 If you don’t work those hours, you will be terrorized in your own home with loud sirens Please stop the fire alarm testing from 6am-12pm. You are ruining our lives

I made the move from out of state without seeing the building in person. I was nervous, but it was well worth the risk! Sarah Scott has been extremely helpful, hands on, and responsive since I showed interest in the apartment & first spoke with her, till now after my move! I’ve been busy unpacking, but soon as I get the chance I cannot wait to start using the yoga room. My favorite amenity :)

We absolutely love living here! The maintenance team is incredible. Even though we’ve only been here a few weeks, it’s normal for a new apartment to have a handful of small issues. Every time we’ve needed something, the team has responded quickly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Tim has been especially amazing… he truly goes above and beyond. His kindness and willingness to help have made a huge difference in our experience. We’re so happy we chose to live here and couldn’t be happier with everyone in the community.
